There exists a rich collection of stories of the Buddha’s former lives illustrating compassionate acts. These stories will provide the central theme to this four-day meditation & movement retreat. We will blend storytelling, movement skills, and creative expressive work, mindfulness and meditation techniques.
Stories and activities are designed to enhance intelligence, deepen insight into one’s mind/body, decrease stress, calm anger, increase specific focus, relinquish fear, enhance creativity, and cultivate compassionate behavior.
